Ok, So I wanted to write the goverment about Emp Technology, I'm actually curious to which branch is working on that? Is it navy, army, marines, ect? So if you know that would be a great help I googled it but couldn't find it...But I think its navy...What division of the us government military would control emp missles tech?
All service branchs work on EMP, since all can be effected by it.

Technology research is handled by D.A.R.P.A. Defense Advanced Research Project Agency. DARPA invented the internet in 1969 for military bases to communicate with each other during the cold war with Russia. They have invented a lot of other cool stuff we use everyday.
I've never heard of any branch of the U.S. military working with strictly EMP technology, but if a particular branch was working with this tech, it would be the Air Force. It's too techy for the other branches.
i think most is air force mate...if it goes off, middle of a war all fall down to the ground and explode - they better make sure that doesnt happen!
