hi was looking at protech-control repelent misters and i was wondering if it is a thing you would recommend. putting on flie and mosquito spray twice a day for all my horses is a lot of work so i thought this would make it easier on me. if any of you have it or know of someone who does is it worth getting it and does it actually work. i also was looking at the odor neutrilizer and i was wondering if that works also.Pro tech-control insect repellent misters????

CATTLE FLY TAGS are awesome and cheap. The vet I work for told me about them. They are usually clipped through cattle ears, but you can tie/braid them into your hors'es mane, one behind their poll and the other right in fron of their withers, and they last for 4 months! The stinkier the better. (Not a far-range smell, you must have it AT your nose to smell them)I had a problem wasting money because I rinsed my horse's legs after EVERY workout to cool their tendons, and needed to re-apply.

Try it! They are worth the few dollars they cost to. GOOD LUCK! -Shay
We have misters and they are great but if the heads become clogged, they drip instead of mist and usually they drip right onto the horses back causing something almost like rain scald so it's important to make sure the heads are kept clear. They also work much better if you pull down the doors of the barn when it starts to go off and for the duration of the spraying time. However, get out of the barn if you do that because it's not pleasant to breath in.
it is a good idea
